Dr Jackson joined Wesley Anaesthesia in 2008, after completing his anaesthetic training in the UK, Adelaide and Cairns.  He had worked for several years as a country GP prior to specialising, mostly in Victoria and Queensland. 

His anaesthetic practice mainly involves anaesthesia for spinal surgery, orthopaedic surgery, eye surgery and general surgery. 

He has three sons and a rampant book-buying habit, skis well and boards survivably, and intends to write one short novel each November for the next few years at least.
