I received my Doctorate of Medicine (DMed) qualification from the University of Queensland in July 2012. My thesis title was "a Reappraisal of Adult Difficult Airway Management Theoretical and Practical Aspects". 

I have over 40 publications on difficult airway management including several book chapters in difficult airway management textbooks.

I'm a reviewer for several international anaesthetic journals and adviser to leading airway management guidelines including the Project for Universal Airway Management (https://www.universalairway.org/) and the Difficult Airway Society (UK) ICU difficult airway management guidelines (https://bjanaesthesia.org/article/S0007-0912(17)54060-X/fulltext).


My current work includes providing expert opinion for Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, medicol-legal bodies and private law firms.
